Term Of Service & Acceptable Uses Policy
Introduction
Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policies (“ Terms of Service ”) are the main things in your relationship with SEU.MY.ID. By using the SEU.MY.ID service, you agree to all the Terms and Service Policies stated in this document.
Services are provided to individuals or authorized organizations. By using the SEU.MY.ID Service, you agree to comply with all Terms of Service . If you do not agree to comply with the Terms of Service, you are required to cancel your account immediately and are not permitted to use or attempt to use the SEU.MY.ID Service.
Users and Customers of the Services provided by SEU.MY.ID must accept the Terms and Service Policies set out below:
- You will indemnify and hold us harmless from your breach and against any claims submitted to us by third parties as a result of providing services to you on our services.
- If a violation of this Agreement is found, we have the right to immediately block (freeze) your service and delete some or all of the data in it.
Change
These Terms of Service can be changed in any form and at any time by SEU.MY.ID. Your continued use of the Service will be deemed to be your agreement to these changes. If you do not want to continue using our Services because of these changes, you can make a request to end your use of the SEU.MY.ID service.
Time period
You can use our services as long as you want and as long as our services are available, we also have the right to stop your services if you are found to be using them in a way that violates the terms of use.
Content and Termination of Services
1. All services provided by SEU.MY.ID are used for lawful purposes.
2. All content or links containing controversial content, sexually explicit content, or other content that may be offensive to you or users, will be your responsibility.
3. All content or links that violate the law are not permitted, including copyright violations, trademarks, hate speech, phishing, SARA, pornography, online prostitution, human trafficking, fraud and similar violations.
4. Using and displaying services for activities such as gambling games, betting, and the like and applies both to the content and reference links that display the site is not permitted
5. All content that can interfere with the performance of the SEU.MY.ID server is not permitted.
6. Any script or link in the form of phishing is not permitted.
7. Using the service in a manner intended to abuse or violate the privacy or property rights of others is not permitted.
8. Engaging in harassment, whether through language, frequency or size of messages, or using site content is not permitted.
9. Assisting directly or indirectly in illegally disseminating copyrighted material is not permitted.
10. Using the Service for unauthorized relays through third party systems is not permitted..
11. Providing false data on your registration form, contract, or online application, including providing stolen credit card or other payment information is not permitted.
12. SEU.MY.ID is not obliged to check or view messages, files or other content that can be accessed through, through or within our services. Complaints regarding alleged copyright violations can be sent to cs@SEU.MY.ID
13. Regarding serious or repeated service policy violations, SEU.MY.ID has the right to suspend Terminate or even delete the service without giving prior warning to service users.
